Ubud 1 bedroom apartment (5 min to ubud center)
Post on behalf of my landlord: A one-bedroom spacious apartment(2nd floor with garden view) in Penestenan Ubud is available from Mar 12 to April 6 (25 nights) .
-5 minutes to Ubud center by scooter.Many restaurants in walking distances.
-Once a week for cleaning and changing bed sheets and towels.
-Wifi, cooking gas ,utility fee included
-Drinking water excluded(outside door is just a small warung you can get drinking water )
-Prefereable for one person to stay (either boy or girl is fine)
-You will need to help look after a one year old cat in the house (food provided), so prefer someone who does not travel much.
Fee: 3.2 million
