The house itself is honestly a bit of a steal:
🌴 Good sized rooftop for sunsets, beers, life chats, or pretending you do yoga.
🍳 Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, unless you’re one of those people making Michelin-level foam reductions.
🛋️ Two living rooms because apparently one wasn’t enough.
🚿 Hot water, washing machine, covered parking, fast WiFi, all the adult stuff.
🧹 Cleaner comes 3x a week so nobody has to argue about whose turn it is to clean the kitchen.
📺 Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, fast 200-300MBPS internet, and a shared office setup if you’re part of the global laptop migration program.
Current housemates are chill, social, respectful, and capable of functioning without slamming doors at 3am. There’s also a dog living here who contributes absolutely nothing financially but somehow remains everyone’s favourite resident.
This isn’t a party villa with a DJ every Tuesday, but it’s also not one of those weird silent houses where everyone avoids eye contact in the kitchen. People hang out, have drinks, watch movies, chat on the rooftop, go to Black Sands… normal stuff.
