👤 Registered Guests Only: No unregistered guests or outside visitors without prior approval.
🐾 No Pets: A fine of IDR 1,000,000/day applies for non-compliance.
🚭 No Smoking Indoors: Please smoke outside only and dispose of butts properly.
🪑 Furniture: Please do not move furniture or decorations without permission.
🎉 No Parties: We do not allow parties or events on the property.
🤫 Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM – 8 AM.
🛡️ Vendors: Unauthorized vendors incur a fee of IDR 2,000,000/day. Need a service? Just ask us!
🔐 Security: Always lock doors and windows when leaving. We are not responsible for lost items.
📸 Commercial Shoots: Prior approval is required for professional photography or filming.
🧼 Linens: Please do not use towels or linens for makeup removal or cleaning.
💡 Energy Saving: Turn off all lights and appliances when you leave the villa.
🛠️ Damages: Report any broken items immediately. Damages will be charged accordingly.
