I am renting out 2 rooms for the price of one in our house for 1-2 people. Location: Kerobokan, about a 10-minute bike ride to Seminyak Beach (near Downtime Board Game Cafe). The house is on a guarded territory with a shared pool. Covered parking, Internet 150 Mbps, closed common area with air conditioning, washing machine. In the bedroom there is a wardrobe and a full workspace. Price: 10kk per month plus 2 months deposit. Cleaning is included (3 times a week). Rooms ready for move-in from February 19.
