I’m renting out my house from December 17 to January 7.

It’s a 20–30 minute walk to the beach, or 8–10 minutes by bike.
Price for the whole period: 5,000,000 IDR.

The house has two rooms — a bedroom and a living room with a kitchen.

There is a shared pool and a green garden area. There are neighbors around, but I’ve never heard any noise — by Bali standards, it’s a very quiet place.

The house is cozy and warm in energy.
All my paintings, carpets, and soft lighting stay — so the space remains alive and creative. ☺️

The location is convenient:
— very cheap laundry places nearby;
— a tasty and affordable Indian restaurant;
— a great little fruit & veggie market just a minute away by bike;
— about 10 minutes to Canggu;
— 10–15 minutes to Nuanu.

There’s also a walking path with no motorbikes, a bit muddy in places but with beautiful views — it leads you straight to the ocean.
